Hi, I’m David Hay – Psychotherapist

I help people heal from trauma, ease anxiety, and build more fulfilling relationships. My approach addresses both mind and body in a safe, compassionate space.

I use evidence-based therapies including:

EMDR: Reprocess painful memories and reduce their emotional impact.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: Release the trauma stored in the body.

Somatic Experiencing: Restore, balance and calm the nervous system.

Sex Positive Therapy:   Explore intimacy and sexuality without shame.

Together, we’ll work to release old patterns, restore balance, and reconnect with your strengths and authentic self.
